Mini Cookie Burgers!!

How cute is this!! For Fathers i saw these and thought i have to remember that!!
The Burgers are cookies... Vanilla wafers, green Coconut for Lettuce, Frosting for the Mayoniaise and Mustard. Vanilla Wafers and Chocolate chips for the meat, but i saw the meat done here with brownies! Much better idea!!!

Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 box (12 oz.) vanilla wafer cookies*, divided
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon water
3 drops green food coloring
Red and yellow decorating gels (for ketchup and mustard)
1 teaspoon melted butter (optional)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
RESERVE 48 wafers for bun tops and bottoms.
PLACE remaining wafers in large resealable bag. Crush into small pieces using a rolling pin. Combine wafer crumbs (about 1 1/2 cups) with powdered sugar and salt in medium bowl.
MICROWAVE morsels and milk in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 45 seconds;
STIR. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until smooth.
POUR chocolate mixture into wafer mixture; stir until combined. Cool for 10 minutes. Line baking sheet with wax paper. Roll mixture into 24, 1-inch (about 1 tablespoon each) balls. Place each ball on prepared sheet; flatten slightly to form burger patties.
COMBINE coconut, water and green food coloring in small, resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly with color.
TO ASSEMBLE:
PLACE 24 wafers, rounded side down on prepared baking sheet. Top each wafer with 1 burger patty. Top each burger patty with 1 teaspoon colored coconut. Squeeze decorating gels on top of coconut. Top with remaining wafers. Brush tops of wafers with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.* A 12-oz. box of vanilla wafers contains about 88 wafers.

TIPS:• Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. Great birthday or slumber party activity.• Cut apricot fruit rollups into small 1/2-inch squares to create cheese for the mini burgers.
Can also use brownies for meat.

How cute is this!! This Mom of three is amazing!! Check out this Kitchen!! She thought of everything! I love the setools and the little shelve thing-y things on the sides... Not sure what i would use them for.. But super cute!!

Okay... a microwave by the floor... Toddler, kiddie size... Why didnt i think of that??? So Perfect!!

I love all the white!!! And seriously cant get over the microwave!!

Perfect!! A Masterpiece.... to my own liking i would add a pink stove and a pink fridge and maybe paint those barstools pink-- someday i may get my pink kitchen!! If i can convince the Hubby!

So i found the CUTEST blog She's so crafty!!!! Check it out here!! Seriously this girl is multi talented!! She can refurbish like nobodys business!! It is amazing!!! Here is acute sign she made using her cricut... a must steal idea!!

And seriously, so easy yet SOOOO creative!! A round cake that looks like a baby-- so my style!! I LOVE easy, what an awesome shower dessert!!!

And i am always needing bag clips!! And i just cant seem to spend the money on them.. I never thought to use clothes pins!! And then cover them in ribbon!! She sells these... i might have to pick a few up!! She is amazing!!

Christmas Advent Calendar

Okay, so just in case you are asking, YES... i do know that it is March, and YES i do know that Christmas is in December.... But i say- Why not celebrate Christmas ALL Year!! You've heard of Christmas in July?? Why not Christmas in March???

So here is my advent calendar made from a muffin tin-- i cant take all the credit, i stole a similar idea from my friends house, she had a valentines themed one(which was super cute, and also another good idea). So here is my finished project!!

So, first you need a muffin tin with 12 cups(just in case you didn't know), and you will also need flat magnets, they sell them at Walmart or any craft store. The magnets are a little bit thicker than a piece of paper and they come in packs of two or in a roll and they are sticky on one side.

*Just a side note-- i bought a muffin tin that had a little bit of a thicker edge at the top and the bottom, this gives you more room to put a little piece of paper that says "12 days of Christmas."

First-- you need to cut the circles out of the magnet, so that they fit OVER the muffin cup. You need to have the circle a little bigger than the actual cup so that it can stick to tin. It is okay if some of the circles overlap, btw- you will need 12 circles cut out of the magnetic stuff. Here is a suggestion, if you have a compass to make the circle use it, if not i personally found a cup from my kitchen that fit over holes, plus left a little edge... and then i traced it on the magnet paper.

Second-- after i cut all 12 out, then i used some scrap paper that i had left over from scrapbooking, and i peeled off one side of the magnet, and then stuck the paper to it, and cut around the magnet so that way they were both the same size. Then i embellished with more paper and ribbon-- and i stamped the numbers on them. Just don't make the circles too heavy, because other wise they wont stick when the tray is standing up-- I just set mine on an easel to stand it up straight.

Third- I used my cricket to cut the 12 days of Christmas thing, but you could use stamps or wonderful penmanship(if you were blessed with that, i wasn't!!) I used two pieces of paper embellished them and then put a long strip of the magnet strip that i had left over from the circles, i placed the strip on the back of the 12 days of Christmas tag.

Viola!!! Easy!! And it only cost about $10!!!
